What file types do you support?
We currently support PDF (.pdf) format. Files must be text-based PDFs (not scanned images). Use a free OCR tool first for scanned documents.
How accurate is the extraction?
Claude extracts only what is explicitly written in the document. If a term is not found, the matrix shows "Not addressed" — which is itself useful deal intelligence.
Can I customize the output format?
Pro users receive a professionally formatted Excel matrix with color-coded sections, a Summary Scorecard, and verbal deal summaries.
Do you store my documents?
No. Documents are processed in memory and discarded immediately — nothing is ever written to disk or stored in a database. Your files exist on our servers for less than 60 seconds.
